Marana has grown faster than anywhere else around Tucson, and most of what we work on here went up in the last twenty-five years. Continental Ranch filled out through the 1990s and 2000s, Gladden Farms and the Tangerine corridor are newer again, and Dove Mountain is still adding houses.
Newer housing brings a different set of problems.
